Over 1,400 people enjoyed live entertainment, activities, stalls and much more at Queens Cross Housing Association’s annual Gala Day on Saturday.
The event celebrated the best local talent in North West Glasgow, bringing a range of entertainment and performers to one place.
Visitors enjoyed live music and a number of different activities such as bingo and tug o’ war, while the kids got to take part in games, funfair rides, face painting, space hoppers, sports activities and much more.
There was a number of interactive stalls for all ages and a whole host of food outlets on offer, with African, Chinese and traditional Scottish food on the menu.
“It was fantastic to see so many local people coming together,” said Queens Cross Board Chair Marilyn Clewes.
“There was an increase in the number of people that came along from last year and the feedback we have had from visitors has been very positive.
“We can’t wait to do it all again next year.”
